If you open your package and
find damage like broken glass, please execute the following steps.

It is very important to report the damage to a transport company like USPS, Royal Mail or parcelforce for example, within one week! Because we only are able tosend you a replacement
when we get the compensation of the transport company.

In case of
damage please go with the complete package to USPS, Royal Mail, Parcelforce, or any post office.
|
|
|
There you should
show the damage and you will get a printed form, to fill out the form. Don't
send the package back please. We will send you a replacement.
